Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Solid experience in customer service support and order processing
- Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Computer literate in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of service quality in responding to customers’ enquiries
- Responsible for the preparation of contracts and monthly sales reports
- Liaise with regional offices and internal parties on updating order status
- Prepare documentations and update customer database in a regular basis
