Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies
  • Solid experience in customer service support and order processing
  • Well-organized, cheerful, energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Computer literate in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high level of service quality in responding to customers’ enquiries
  • Responsible for the preparation of contracts and monthly sales reports
  • Liaise with regional offices and internal parties on updating order status
  • Prepare documentations and update customer database in a regular basis
