Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and monitor sales forecast;
• Change supply plan proactively in adapt to market demand;
• Follow up with global demand planning & order fulfillment;
• Play active role on Supply Chain process improvement & operation;
• Manage product phase in/out within worldwide self organization;
• Coordinate with OEM/ In-house manufacturers on delivering plan as committed.

Requirements: 

• A good honor degree;
• In-depth system knowledge on ERP systems;
• 5 years relevant experience in EMS industry;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team player, details oriented, highly analytical and self-driven;
• Substantial exposure to International / National Supply Chain Management;
• Good spoken English is a must.
