Our client is a luxury brand looking for a Customer Services Associate to join in their APAC team. This team will provide excellent customer service for enquiries by email or phone, and handle complaints in a professional manner.  

Responsibilities 

• Answer customer requests or enquiries by phone or email in a professional manner
• Handle customer complaints via various channels including customer hotline, written channels, and referral from internal parties.
• Be familiar with FAQs and providing solutions to customers
• Managing goods returns or repairs under company guideline, and provide advice or solution until cases are satisfied and resolved
• Participating in ad hoc projects when required 

Requirements 

• Minimum 1 years of customer services experiences
• Excellent spoken and written communication skill
• Proficient in PC skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking is a must
• Working hours 5 days per week including public holiday
