Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in overall daily running and management of our cartels (store and kiosks)
• Assist the Area Leaders in problem-solving on issues faced within Retail Operations.
• Maintain and improving data process flow, operations process flow.
• Work closely with internal and HQ team to execute, manage operations and ensure all inventories are well-stocked
• Work closely with CS team to ensure each order, complaints are being well-addressed in the most professional way
• Control manpower, sales targets are achieved within the front sales team
• Assist to conduct training to retail staffs and willing to can go the extra mile for excellence service delivery
• Oversee and monitor Daily Operations and ensure stock inventory for all SKUs are properly stocked and ready for business operations timely
• Liaise with mall managements on retail operation matters
• Planning manpower and arranging schedule for the retail team
• Other Adhoc duties as advised by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experiences required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
• ‘Can do’ attitude to work in a very fast-growing and vibrant team, positive, motivated, responsible and pro-active person
• Strong organizational skills
• Enjoys working with people
• Passionate for fast moving retail industry and able to work irregular hours on weekend or public holidays when needed
