Job Duties:

• Plan, develop and direct service strategy and operation of an Audi Service Centre
• Provide high standard and quality service to customers
• Monitor and provide adequate support to service staff
• Achieve targeted revenues and profit goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years After-Sales / Product Support experience preferably in the Automotive Industry
• Managerial experience is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Mature, dynamic with good interpersonal skill
