RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for all sales revenue, surplus, and costs of the sales functions being assigned, and reach their KPI targets
• To assist Sales & Merchandising Manager in all aspects of Sales & Merchandising Team operations which include but not limited to people management, store operations, merchandising, customer relationship management, budgeting, planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting
• To Initiate development & implementation of Sales strategies & actions plans at operational level
• To review & update the Operations Manual including all guideline & procedures
• To handle customers complaints
• To assure the completeness and well organization of the documentation for Sales & Merchandising Team
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisor and management

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Bachelor degree, preferably in field of Retail/ Marketing/ Supply Chain Management; preferably in multi-national company related to Retail industry
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sales and merchandising field, with 2 years in supervisory level is preferable. A good understanding of retail sector and on-line sales is an advantageous
• A tracked record of gaining new customers and achieving KPI targets consistently
• Initiative, organized, responsible, detail minded, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
• With excellent leadership, people management & staff development skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with passion in retail, with good presentation skill
• Excellent analytical skills, organizational skill and detail oriented
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• Working Location: Kwai Chung
