Responsibilities:

-          Prepare monthly shop rosters for our retail team by coordinating with Retail Operations Managers and Store Supervisors, to ensure our stores are running smoothly according to our customers’ needs at any time.

-          Responsible for report analysis and work with Retail Operation Mangers with a specific action plan to solve the problem and existing situation.

-          Support all kinds of administration and maintenance works, e.g. ordering of store supplies, general stationery, fixture defects handling, insurance, etc.

-          Maintain good connection with logistic companies for timely shipment.

-          Responsible in preparing various sales and inventory related reports.

-          Manage POS to operations need.

Requirements :

-          Diploma holder or above in Services Operations, or related discipline.

-          At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in retail industry.

-          Good team player with good communication skills.

-          Proactive, organized and detail-minded.

-          Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

-          Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
