Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle sales orders and samples submissions for test & inspection.
  2. Handle customers inquiries in a courteous manner on service capacity, quotation & invoice, reporting status, report contents etc.
  3. Follow up customers requirement to lab operations.
  4. Support and consolidate information with Testing Department
  5. Check & deliver test reports to customers.
  6. Prepare for & carry out client visits.
  7. Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  2. Must be advance proficiency in written and spoken Japanese.
  3. 1 to 2 years customer service experience in commercial laboratory will be an advantage.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind.
  5. Attentive to details, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  6. Good manner with polite and positive attitude.
  7. Proficient in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  8. Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & other PC applications.
  9. Willing to work under pressure.
  10. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
  11. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (On-the-job training will be provided)
