Responsibilities:

• Handle documentation of sales & purchase activities, such as PO, Invoice and others.
• As a window person to Japanese vendor for delivery arrangement and price negotiation.
• Cooperate with Sales at Shenzhen office to handle customers' request and build up close relationship with customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Over 2 years’ experience in sales coordination role
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
• Good team player and with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Capable to communicate in Japanese (N2 or above)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
