Responsibilities:

• Assist Testing Manager to monitor and supervise the daily operation of testing activities;
• Maintain the smooth running of department with appropriate staffing and job allocation;
• Review checklist of tests to be performed on each test application and monitor the quality of work generated by technical staff;
• Initiate method development and validation work;
• Evaluate safety aspects on testing method;
• Review check and approve test records and reports;
• Arrange periodic correlation / verification study among technical staff;
• Provide technical advice for technical staff and recommend solution to technical problem;
• Assist Testing Manager on customer liaison.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent;
• At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years management experience in testing and certification industry;
• A team leader with excellent sense of customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good proficiency written and verbal Chinese and English;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Immediate available is preferred.
