Working Location : Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Support our International Supply Chain (ISC) business and work in Asia Pacific Account Management team
• Prepare daily booking and receiving schedule, vendor compliance report and container loan plan
• Act as the control tower of the assigned key account customers and coordinate with origin/destination teams.
• Issue overseas invoice and designated reports to the international customers
• Contact local carriers for carrier booking and manages for the carrier allocation
• Follow up daily cargo report from warehouse
• Prepare sailing advise, Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) and initially notify the vendor / respective parties

Requirements:

• Degree or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF) 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and independent
• Good PC operations knowledge, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior position (e.g. Executive)
