To cope with our business growth, we are inviting high-calibre candidates to fill the vacancy of Operation Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Operation Team on operational functions including operations, process management, inventory control and logistics planning
• Assist sales team to manage all-round daily operation and service customers
• Process incoming shipment, dispatch and handle the delivery of our goods and service to customers
• Maintain supply inventory, manage inventory control and keep inventory in appropriate conditions
• Provide administrative support such as create and update inventory records
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above.
• Fresh graduate will be considered. Prior logistics management and inventory control experience will be an advantage  
• Team player, flexible, well-organized and attention to details with high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
