Duties

-          Supervise daily operations (logistic and warehouse);

-          Monitoring the operations/inputs of ERP system for producing accurate information;

-          Overall responsibility to ensure the safety and security of warehouse operations;

-          Ensure legal compliance of customer declaration and other relevant regulations;

-          Develop and monitor “Peak Period Plan”, including ensuring that there is sufficient capacity planned during the Peak Period and robust contingency plans in place;

-          Coordinate all concerned parties (internal and external) to make certain the flow of goods, inventory availability, materials incoming are meeting the operation targets;

-           Work with Sales, Marketing functions on demand forecasting report roll out;

-          Set operational standard / KPI / operation plans to meet company’s strategy directions;

-          Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and cost saving;

-          Staff supervision and responsible for maintaining smooth work relations between different work functions.  

Requirements

-          Attentive to details and familiar with logistic operations, take corrective measures and alert management whenever extraordinary situations is raised;

-          Understanding of ERP operation, HK, China customs clearance procedures and relevant regulations;

-          Some exposure to procurement work is desirable;

-          Some knowledge in quality certification requirements is preferable, such as : CQC, RoHS, GB standards, ISO standards;

-          Tertiary education in relevant discipline with five years relevant experience;

-          A good leader with clear work direction, and the ability to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
