Vacancy: Air Export Operations Clerk

Job description

Responsible for handling and coordinating shipment documentation.

Task and responsibility

-          Handle daily air export operations

-          Handle airline bookings and procedures

-          Co-ordinate shipment with concerned parties

-          Prepare full set of export documents

Skills and experience

-              Form 5 or above

-              With working experience in airfreight industry is required

-              Excellent team spirit

-              Will to perform shift duty (Day / Overnight) and work on public holidays

-              Will to perform NIGHT shift duty and work on public holidays

-              Ability to achieve and work under pressure

-              Good Computer skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing and good typing skills

-              Basic command of both written and spoken English

-              Self Motivated, Responsible and Good Communication Skill
