Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, issue invoice, packing list, custom declaration, data verification vs system, filing and other clerical work.
- Handle booking form and communicate with warehouse; China office; forwarders and couriers on logistics matter.
- Follow up orders, shipment scheduling and enquiries from customers and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1-2 years of shipping and sales supporting experience, preferably in electronics industry
- F.5 graduate or above
- PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Tradelink
- Good command in both written & spoken Mandarin plus English
