Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project activities and support resources
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, contractors, government authorities and other
• relevant parties.
• Managing the budget, schedule and interior design of fitting out projects for the company’s new and existing restaurants and ensure all phases of the projects can be
• completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting new shop set-up and reinstatement of the shop relocation
• Participating in ad-hoc duties when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in property management
• 5 years’ experience in restaurant leasing in Hong Kong and Macau is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in F & B industry or restaurant chain is highly preferred
• In-depth knowledge in contractual procedures, skill in project cost and budgetary control.
• Familiar with government regulations, including Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Fire Services Department and Buildings Department, etc.
• Familiar and good experience in all aspects of the new shop set-up and reinstatement of the shop relocation
• Good communication skills
• Good in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
• Independent, well-organized, mature person and capable to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
