Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, intercompany transactions and accounts reconciliation;

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, management accounts, month-end reporting and accounting schedules;

• Coordinate with Operation Team to verify cash flow statement, cheque issue;

• Monitor Accounts Clerk to ensure data input in time according to company declare to financial department head;

• Perform ad-hoc accounting duties.

Requirements:

• LCC Higher or above in accounting, finance or related disciplines;

• A minimum 2-3 years' experience in finance and accounting field, experience in retail industry or F&B is preferred ;

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and accurate at data;

• Good computer skills, in particular MS Office, knowledge of Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage;

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
