To cope with our business growth, we are now inviting high-calibre candidates to fill the vacancy of Accounting Officer. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including billing, payment, petty cash and inter-company transactions
• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare month-end closing, financial statement and schedules  
• Actively review and advise on financial / accounting process 
• Assist in audit and other ad hoc assignments
• Provide general administrative support
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience 
• Mature, well-organized, good communication skills and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical and being a good team player, able to meet tight deadlines
• Familiar with budget planning and enforcement, human resources legal requirement and procedures will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
