Operation Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible to make sure the centre operations run smoothly
• Monitor and review operation processes and update SOP
• Coach and motivate frontline staff to ensure consistency in performance & evaluate staff performance
• Lead the team to achieve company’s goal in terms of customer satisfactory level and medical protocol
• Liaise with internal parties
• Assist in resolving cases related to medical issue

Requirements:

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder with a valid practicing certificate or Registered in HKMLT board
• Experience in interpreting laboratory report will be an advantage
• Experience in phlebotomy, pap smear will be an advantage
• Proficient in injections
• Good command of spoken English
• With strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and able to be a good team player;
• Able to perform duties in an efficiency and effective way.
