Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general supporting full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, HK taxation, employee compensation & medical insurance administration and all personal data & corresponding
- Assist in formulating and implementing policies and procedures of Human Resources and Office Administration aspects including employee handbook review
- Assist in handling retention program including C&B review, recruitment process and etc
- Prepare all HR management and analysis reports
- Organize staff activities and other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in all rounded human resource & administration functions in sizable organisation
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation and C&B function will be a must
- Be proactive, detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills and mature
- Experiences in monitoring administration services of HRIS
- Excellent in using Excel and Vlookup functions
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly appreciated
