The appointee will assist the Director and the Assistant Director in supporting the functions of the supreme bodies of the University and committees established under these bodies. He/She will assist in arranging committee meetings and functions, drafting meeting papers and related reports.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of work experience; a strong sense of responsibility and commitment; an ability to work independently and flexibly to meet tight timeline and under pressure. The ideal candidate should be a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Candidates with work experience in committee servicing in the tertiary education sector are preferred. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
