Responsibilities:

• Assist in the promotion and implementation of work related to Community Health
• Promotion
  
• Responsible for paperwork, including data-entry, photocopying, simple translation and filing
  
• Design graphics/ promotional materials
  
• Assistant arrangements, storage and stock-taking of supplies
  
• Handling phone enquiries and follow ups
  
• Outreach work in irregular hours is needed

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above, with 1 year or above working experience preferred
• Fluent in Chinese, good command in reading and writing Chinese and English
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing
• Proactive, responsible and with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Highly flexible and can work independently under pressure
• A need to work on certain evenings, Saturdays and Sundays
• Immediate availability preferred
• Working Station Base: Kwun Tong
