Responsibilities:

• Leading a recruitment team
• Liaise with training organization or NGOs to recruit their graduates in regular basis;
• Responsible for staff recruitment and selection functions including job fair participation, job advertisement posting, telephone call screening and interview arrangement;
• Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required;
• Maintain accurate and systematic filing system;
• Provide daily support to HR department;
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years proven HR experience gained in sizable organization
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with tight deadline
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ambitious, organized, self-motivated
• Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
