Job Descriptions:

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets for the resourcing function to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Support superior in tracking day-to-day recruitment costs and expenses (e.g. negotiating pay/salary rates, external recruiter fees, job advertisement fees, etc.)
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model
• Maintain database/depository containing resumes as a source for future hiring. Process and update employee details upon successful hiring
• Maintain external vendor matrices and contacts. Update approved changes to existing templates (e.g. hiring forms, job advertisement templates, etc.)
• Coordinate with universities / professional school to organize recruitment roadshows, career fairs, campus talks, employee referral programs, etc.
• Responsible for HMSS review by following feedback given by internal stakeholders on effectiveness of recruitment activities, tools and templates
• Compile information and data on resourcing and talent acquisition activities for reporting/analytics purposes
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to resourcing and talent acquisition (e.g. gather and compile resourcing data/metrics, conduct simple data analysis, etc.)
• Coordinate day-to-day administration support activities with external recruitment agencies/consultants
• Respond to queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders on all resourcing and talent acquisition matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
• Positive and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred
