-Responsible for E&M / Decoration project management, tender / quotation preparation, contract negotiation & administration

-Site supervision & coordination, attend site meeting, carry out final measurement and prepare final accounts, apply & certify payment for the interior design / decoration/ E&M works

-Liaise and coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality project delivery

Requirements:

-Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field

-At lease 6 years relevant work experience in commercial buildings' renovation and fitting out projects

-Knowledge in relevant government regulations

-Able to work independent with good team spirit

-Good command of written and communication skills in both English  and Chinese

-Computer skill in Autocad is an advantage
