Under Eugene Group, EugeneBaby.com is the new online retail operation to its offline business.

You will be in the digital team and will be working closely with sales/ marketing team to execute marketing plan/campaign and all related activities.

Your duties will not be limited to SEO/ SEM, online ad placement, data analytics, planning marketing activities and executing print/ online campaigns.

Experience in related field is not a must, strong interest to learn is welcome!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns/promotions and effective content branding strategy
• Develop marketing materials for online and offline channels, monitor performance and results
• Plan, initiate and monitor the implementation of marketing and promotion plan with marketing team
• Oversee the creative process from concept development to design output
• Manage and create content for brand website and social media accounts
• Place ad on Google/ Facebook/ Instagram
• Research keywords for each article/ product/ static pages on website
• Optimize blog posts with targeted keywords
• Provide weekly performance summary on sales ad campaigns
• Brainstorm A/B campaign for landing page of SEM

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, E-commerce, management or related discipline
• 0-1 year of experience in marketing/media. Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent written and spoken communications in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Have a business sense
• A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Efficient and Effective
• Multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS office application
• Use of Google Analytics
