Job Duties

• Assist Accountant to handle full sets of accounts and maintain proper control
• Prepare vouchers and process payment
• Handle daily payments and contracts applications
• Handle office administration function and expense claims
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in application of Sun Systems / Infor Q&A would be an advantage
• Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and well organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Accounts Clerk
