A watch manufacturing company is looking for a qualified person to handle data entry and other administrative work.

• Looking for candidate who has experience in account entry work, preferably in a trading company.
• Applicant must have good attention to detail with numbers.
• Accounting data entry, purchase book, sales book, recording all transactions and payments, handling receivables and payables etc.
• Dealing with MPF, banks, auditors, IRD, and human resources
• Must speak and write English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Other ad-hoc and administrative work
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Must have 2 years experience as accounts clerk. Looking for 1 day a week, or few hours a week. Pay per hour.
