Our client, a well-established HKSE listed company, is looking for talented and experienced Finance Director to provide leadership of the financial management and analysis, operational control and efficiency and reporting processes. They are currently looking for experienced finance professional to join them.

Reporting to the Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the business growth for the group. You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, managing and controlling an accounting system and team of the Asia operation. Acting as an expert in financial management, control and reporting, you will be the primary point of contact for the group’s strategy planning, and budgeting and finance operation as well as to interact with operating partners/service providers to ensure compliance with tax, accounting and reporting procedures.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance; preferably professionally qualified CPA
• High calibre finance and accounting professional with minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Experience gained from company with focuses on managing a reasonable term in multiple sectors
• Track record in managing a sizeable team and transformation projects
• Ability to consult and advise operating and corporate leaders on issues related to accounting, financial reporting, internal control and regulatory issues
• Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic working environment
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external clients
