Job Description
Our client is a HK listed company looking for candidate who has Finance operation experience.
Responsibilities:
- To supervise subordinates to handle full set of management accounts and daily operation works independently
- To monitor the cash flow of various projects
- To prepare tax computation, annual financial statements, sub-group consolidation packages and schedulesand management analysis
- To liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
- To participate in enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
- Around 6 years’ work experience with some supervisory experience
- Experience in finance operations is a must
- Experience in Property Development or Construction industry is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and communication skills
- Proactive, dedicated, detail-minded and a good team player
