Job Description

We are looking for a high candidate to fill the following position:

 

Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities  :

  • Daily bookkeeping and accounting operation
  • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department (Perform data entry, clerical and administration support)
  • Assist in accomplishing company audit tasks
  • Prepare financial statements (standalone and consolidated) and monthly financial reports
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Inform management and compile reports / summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Constantly update job knowledge
  • Well organized, Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Executive assistant to CEO / Secretary

Responsibilities  :

  • Manage CEO's calendar for internal and external meetings and prioritize conflicting needs
  • Support the general administration duties such as minutes taking, arranging schedule, business trip etc for the CEO
  • Providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO;
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentation materials for executive meetings and public talks
  • Facilitating the high quality delivery of the Corporate Sales Targets and Plans within the time and budget;
  • Assisting in the process of defining, delivering and formulating the Corporate Commission Scheme and Framework for the Organization's effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects when required
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
  • Delivering the time & cost messages to different department
  • Coordinates and communicates with different department to manage the work flow of the office efficiently
  • Prepares letters, memoranda, forms and correspondence and protects confidential materials of the department and employees

 

Requirements  :

  • Degree or above preferred
  • Solid experiences in Secretarial and Administrative / accounting field
  • Proficient in MS office e.g. Excel, Word & Access 
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Immediately available or short notice preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices software and excellent general computer skills
  • Able to work under pressure
