Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and filing, handle staff expenses claims, bank receipts and payments, cheque preparation and bank reconciliations;
- Assist in month end closing, preparation of monthly management reports and annual budget;
- Liaise with colleagues in PRC and other external parties, e.g. auditors, bankers etc.;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with major in Accounting or related disciplines;
- 2 years experience in accounting;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB;
- Chinese word processing;
- Fluency in Mandarin, Good command in Cantonese and English
- IANG students are welcome
