Responsibilities: 

• Present a variety of cultural and historical guided tours for Noah’s Ark Hong Kong
• Participate in interpretive program development
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in hospitality industry
• Experience in customer service area is also an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Cheerful, presentable, people oriented, proactive with good service attitude
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
