Appointed by the top tier fully licensed int’l private bank with over 500 employees in the HK North Asia Brach to search for an experienced HKMA regulatory and financial reporting Manager. This is an expansion headcount to cater for the changing regulatory requirements!

Responsibilities:

Report to the Head of Finance, the successful job holder will be accountable for the timely and quality production of regulatory reporting/HKMA returns and headquarter submission in accordance to IAS and corporate governance. Furthermore you’ll be actively involved in new finance system implementation and procedures enhancement to cater for the on-going changing regulatory reporting requirements and new banking services/product initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with at least 4 years’stable experience covering both financial reporting and HKMA returns gained from int’l private bank
• Big4 trained is highly preferred with good understanding of private banking business is a definite advantage
• Prior finance system enhancement or project management experience is highly essential
• Good understanding of HKMA regulatory requirements, HKFRS and IFRS
• Adaptive to working in a highly international banking environment
• Potential candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
