Our client is a leading global Insurance principal in Hong Kong and currently they are looking for candidates to fill in the following positions:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform any one or more of the following duties, in the areas of life insurance, general insurance &/or MPF:
  • Review insurance applications and ensure the compliance of AML;
  • Perform insurance after-sales services (e.g. change of beneficiary or address, top-up, switching funds); OR
  • Handle client’s claim applications.
• Communicate with insurance company and consultants and assist to solve the outstanding issues.
• Answer customer’s enquiries or perform quality assurance to provide the best customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above preferable.
• At least 2 years working experience, preferable in insurance company or broker firm.
• Knowledge in any one OR two of the followings are preferable.

• Responsible and pleasant with good interpersonal skills.
• PC skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
