Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in company's daily HR operations
• To be responsible for assistant in recruitment
• Responsible for administrating full HR processes relating to employee lift-cycle, i.e. Employment Contract, HRIS data input, P-files, on-boarding and off-boarding, leave record, etc. 
• Prepare HR reports and related analyses
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher diploma, Associate Degree or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience
• Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
