Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support, including but not limited to CV importing & editing, Job Posting
  • Manage and enhance database
  • Provide general office daily administrative support
  • Greeting visitors and courier arrangement
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of clerical experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word is a must
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and good team spirit, work independently
  • Immediately available is preferred
