Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support, including but not limited to CV importing & editing, Job Posting
- Manage and enhance database
- Provide general office daily administrative support
- Greeting visitors and courier arrangement
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years of clerical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word is a must
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, well-organized and good team spirit, work independently
- Immediately available is preferred
