The appointee will be required to monitor the service quality of the campus facility management unit in the areas of technical, security and cleaningon the CIE Shek Mun Campus. He/She will be responsible for liaison with contractors and users on the work progress; collecting users’ feedback and attending frontline briefing; handling of procurement, insurance and license matters; providing support to campus-wide activities; and supervision of subordinates. He/She may need to work flexibly beyond office hours when necessary. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management / Facility Management / Business Management, or related disciplines;
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience;
• Familiarity with the University or institutional setting will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, attention to details, able to work independently under tight timeline with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
