• Degree holder in English language/ translation or Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in providing quality and professional secretarial and administrative supports to senior executives preferably with sizable corporations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerproint)
• Strong organizational skills in coordinating multi-tasks
• Detail-minded, flexible and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with less experience / qualifications will be considered as Executive Assistant
