Department of Management

The Department is seeking highly motivated team-players to take up the following position.

The appointee will provide administrative support to the Department of Management on (a) office administration, (b) teaching and learning activities of undergraduate programmes, (c) mentoring and internship programmes, (d) ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary qualifications with preferably two years of relevant work experience;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Proficiency in computer application skills, social media communication and graphic design;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently, reliably and flexibly;
• Be conscientious and self-motivated; and
• Experience in organising events is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
