Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions – including payroll, MPF, insurance, C&B, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, etc.
• Support the continued development of the HR framework, providing proactive, high-level advisory and coaching to the HR team
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the Company;
• Prepare HR reports;
• To perform office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation;
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management  

Requirements 

• Diploma/Degree holder in BA, HRM or related disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience in HR field
• Familiar with HK Labor Law
• Mature, proactive, energetic, willing to handle multi-tasks and tight schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hands on MS Office with Chinese & English
