Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling health check appointments & customer registration
• Provide briefing to customers & conduct centre tour for VIP customers
• Assist in general body check-up and handle healthcare records
• Handle general enquiries and customer complaints
• Assist Centre Manager in preparing monthly roster & work closely with team members in centre operations & administration
• Administer medical supplies and consumables in health management centres
• Support health seminars / talks conducted in health management centres
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Tertiary Education with 1 to 2 years’ administrative / operations experience, preferably gained in medical or healthcare industry
• Good people management with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
• Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is a MUST
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Work Location: Wanchai & Tsim Sha Tsui
