Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Opening Team
• Provide professional and efficient hotel services to guests
• Handle on daily operation, online bookings and guests’ enquiries
• Communicate with various departments to support guests’ need

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in hotel industry
• Self-motivated, service oriented and able to work under pressure
• A team player with good communication skills and positive service attitude
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Additional language would be advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the “Guest Service Agent Supervisor”.
