Job Responsibilities

• Report to Sales & Marketing Department Head
• Assist for department operations and general administrations
• Assist for handling project and key account activities
• Independently handle correspondences, organization meeting and take minutes
• Complete assigned task independently and pro-actively
• Prepare various kind of report and data regularly 
• Liaise with internal & external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively & independently.
  
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management. 

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Diploma in any disciplines
• 5 years of solid related experience
• Possess character of friendliness, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
• Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
• Excellent skill in Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint, OUTLOOK and internet application
  
• Smart in technology and apps
• Traveling to China factory is required (occasionally) 
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure 
• Experience in International business is a definite advantage
