Job Description

• Provide leadership to various business and support functions that constitute supply operations in country/ region (ex. merchandising / commercialization, RM management, production /capacity planning, CSR, Quality, HR & Finance, compliance).
• Develop and execute the Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) for country/region to support the agreed supply strategy and take ownership to achieve highest level of performance on Cost Competitiveness, Quality, OTP, CSR, and supply chain responsiveness.
• Drive improvement of internal processes & enhancement of supply chain capabilities in the region to provide innovative & compelling supply / product solutions to power the growth of company. Ensures that regional office operations are in strict compliance with company policies, guidelines, and applicable local laws/legislation.
• Lead Organizational Design and Talent Strategy in the region to optimize brand focus, functional excellence and operational efficiency - Develop and execute robust succession and employee development plans to create a strong Talent pipeline for company. Strengthen the company position as an employer of choice in country/region.
• Establish strong & meaningful relationships with vendors and factories in the region to support  the company. Be the voice of the Vendors and Suppliers in the region into the company Supply. Responsible for overall Vendor performance management in the region across.
• Maintain in-country/region governmental relationships and network with organizations (NGO’s, Universities, Industry and Trade Organizations, etc.) to deliver on the company value proposition. Provide strategic and real-time feedback on the industry outlook, economic indicators potential opportunities and risks

Job Requirements:

• Solid training of clothing/textiles technology or related discipline.
• Diploma holder in clothing / textile / manufacturing management or above.
• At least 15 years extensive experience in garment factory management, in which 10 years at senior managerial level of cut & sewn product.
• Excellent leadership, analytic mind, communication and problem solving skills.
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail minded and result oriented.
• Possess strong leadership and managerial skills and sound problem solving techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good people management skills, self motivated & positive attitude
• Strong PC skills is essential (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
• Working Location: Dhaka Bangladesh
• Immediately available is highly preferred
