Job Description

• Assist to prepare all shipping documents as assigned by the superior.
• Coordinate with internal parties, vendors and forwarders for shipping orders so as to ensure proper shipment arrangement per customer requirements
• Contact with shipping agency for proper shipment arrangement like on-line bookings, checking vessel details and delivery schedule etc..

Job Specification

• Form 5 or DSE
• 1 year relevant experience in handling shipments of manufacturing/trading sectors
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with good communication skill
• Good command in English and Chinese. Good command in Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Proficient in operating M.S. Office,  Excel and Outlook. 
• Willing to work overtime (if necessary)
