Our Client is a SFC Licensed Private Equity Company registered in Cayman Island. They are looking a business leader with strong asset management experience to join their management team 

Cayman Island Registered PE Fund RO Type 4,9 (Unconditional)

Responsibilities:

• Company Investment Portfolio Management
• Maintenance and review of Company 's manuals, policies and procedures to ensure compliance to SFC requirements
• Strategy development and execution of business plans to achieve/ exceed business targets
• Hands On Experiences setting up and management of Equity Fund advantageous

Requirements:

• SFC Type 4 & 9 Registered RO Unconditional
• University graduate in Finance or Business management or equivalent
• Knowledge of AML & KYC
• Extensive institutional Investor Network
• Five Years or above Asset Management experience
• Self Starter with all round business management skills/ Presentable
• Fluent in writing/ speaking of English and Mandarin
• Immediately available highly preferable
