Principal responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Managers in providing professional financial solutions in trade finance business including account opening, loan application and processing
• Provide excellent service delivery to customers and ensure all functions perform in line with the internal control, policies & procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Co-ordinate with Branch and operations colleagues regarding transaction update/status
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in business related disciplines
• 2 – 3 years' experience in banking industry with good understanding of trade finance business and knowledge in credit analysis an advantage
• Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and proactive to learn
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, good command in Mandarin is preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager
