Job Responsibilities:

~ Conduct product trainings/seminars for associates/customers/internal

~ Handle nutritional enquires

~ Product labeling according to the Regulatory requirement

~ Handle product enquires and provide nutritional consultation and recommendations to customers for using company products

~ Market research and analysis

~ Prepare and edit product articles and preparing marketing collaterals

~ Review and update product information on Company website and social media

~ Assist with events and meetings

Job Requirements:

~ Degree in Nutrition, Food Science or equivalent

~ Knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirement and product registration

~ Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

~ Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

~ Detail-minded, well organized and good team spirit

~ Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
