Responsibilities:

•       Assist in project planning, works coordination and other ad-hoc related duties Coordinate project              schedules, resources, equipment and information

•       Ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within budget

•       Liaising & coordinate with vendors, suppliers and contractors for project implementation

•       Attend site visits and site meetings

•       Ability to handle full set of drawings

Requirements:

•       Form 5 or above or equivalent

•       1 - 2 years experience in design field

•       Ability to handle project co-ordination, documentation, purchasing

•       Hardworking, responsible, work under pressure & tight schedule, good team player

•       Proficiency in PC,MS office(Excel & Word) and typing skills 

•       Fluent on written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin and interpersonal skills

•       Well-organized, independent, mature, detail-oriented and strong in project administration

•        Applicants with lesser experience will be considered as Project Assistant

•       Immediate available is preferred

•       Working Location in Quarry Bay
